Let’s work together

We believe hospitality isn’t just service—it’s stewardship.

About Kin & Co.

Kin & Co. is a family-owned, multi-brand company that helps people hold onto what matters through spaces, gatherings, and tools that make beauty, memory, and connection visible. Through our family of brands, including our flagship venues L’Eau Hill and Norwood’s Vineyard, as well as creative partners Always June (event styling and decor) and True North (spiritual wellness company), we create space for intentional living. Everything we do is grounded in legacy, hospitality, and soul. Together, we’ve served thousands of guests and built a reputation for care, creativity, and excellence that leaves a lasting impression.

We don’t just build venues or host events — we help people preserve what they love, celebrate what’s true, and experience what lasts.

We are memory makers.
We are spacekeepers.
We are story-carriers.
We are beauty interpreters.

About Norwood Vineyard

Located on family-owned land in Jonesboro, Georgia, Norwood’s Vineyard offers a seasonal, open-air experience for weddings, showers, productions, and special events. Our grounds feature a working vineyard, a covered garden tent, and acres of scenic beauty—open for hosting from April through December each year.

We believe hospitality isn’t just service—it’s stewardship. Every event is an opportunity to welcome people into a space that feels both cared for and connected to the land.

The Role

The Vineyard Venue Host is the friendly, capable, and reliable presence that helps our outdoor events run flawlessly from start to finish. Equal parts guest-facing hospitality and hands-on venue setup/breakdown, this role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves being outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Thrives in a small, close-knit team environment (never working solo)

  • Enjoys meeting new people and making them feel welcome

  • Can pivot gracefully when plans change due to weather or outdoor conditions

  • Takes pride in seeing an event space look beautiful, feel comfortable, and run smoothly

Key Responsibilities

Before the Event

  • Assist with full venue setup, including:

    • Arranging and setting tables, chairs, and décor elements

    • Setting up outdoor umbrellas and pop-up tents

    • Preparing guest areas: clear debris, blow walkways, wipe down surfaces, stock supplies

    • Setting up the catering gazebo and ensuring it’s ready for service

  • Welcome vendors, confirm site rules and guidelines, direct them to designated areas

During the Event

  • Serve as the face of the vineyard—warmly greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort

  • Act as point-of-contact for vendors (DJs, caterers, bartenders, photographers) for venue-related needs

  • Monitor the property for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to guidelines

  • Be available and attentive—stationed at the dedicated staff tent when not actively assisting

  • Help troubleshoot and pivot if plans change due to weather or other outdoor conditions

  • Capture casual behind-the-scenes photos or short video clips for the vineyard’s event archive

After the Event

  • Conduct a post-event walkthrough with the client to confirm property condition

  • Assist with full breakdown:

    • Bagging and disposing of trash

    • Wiping down surfaces

    • Returning venue inventory to storage

    • Ensuring the catering gazebo and guest areas are clean

  • Reset the venue for the next event

Requirements & Qualities We Value

  • Hospitality-first mindset—warm, personable, and attentive to guests’ comfort

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather across a 2–3 acre event space

  • Able to be on your feet for 6–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays on a per-event schedule

  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changes

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork in a 2–3 person event crew

Training & Support

All Vineyard Event Hosts receive Kin & Co.’s 12-month hospitality mastery training, designed to build world-class hosting skills over time. This training ensures every team member—no matter their starting point—has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to create memorable guest experiences while caring for our spaces.

From your very first event, you’ll be supported by a close-knit team. You will never work alone—every shift is in combination with 2–3 other vineyard team members.

Why Join Us?

This is more than an event job—it’s joining a family-owned property that values care, connection, and community. You’ll work with a supportive team in a beautiful outdoor setting, help celebrate meaningful life moments, and take pride in knowing you played a part in an event guests will remember for years to come.

If you want, I can now give you three strong title options with slightly different emphasis—one that leans into hospitality, one that leans into nature/outdoors, and one that leans into operations/logistics—so we can choose the most magnetic one for the posting. Would you like me to do that?
