ABOUT THE MARKET
Some Summers call for
something different.
Somewhere between the fresh-cut flowers and the jar of honey you did not plan on buying, you will understand exactly what Farm Girl Market is.
Three times a year, on the first Sunday of August, September, and October, the vineyard opens its lawn to a carefully chosen gathering of growers, makers, and small-batch creators who believe the best things in life are grown, pressed, preserved, or made by hand.
It is free to attend. It is open to everyone. And it happens right here, among the muscadine vines, during the most beautiful time of year to be at Norwood..
WHAT YOU WILL FIND
Six curated categories.
All chosen with care.
Mark your calendar.
Each market has its own feeling. Come to all three.
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Rain or Shine
Farm Girl Market runs rain or shine. In case of rain, our vendors are set up under a large covered pavilion, so a little Georgia weather will not get in the way of a good Sunday. The only thing that would send us home is a day-long, heavy thunderstorm, and if that happens we will reschedule and let you know as soon as possible.
Parking
Parking is free and available onsite, with overflow parking nearby if we need it. We will have you sorted before you even get to the good stuff.
Getting Here
Norwood Vineyard is located in Jonesboro, Georgia, about 25 minutes south of Atlanta. Worth the drive. Directions and the full address are on our contact page.
What to Bring
A reusable bag, cash and a card, comfortable shoes, and however much Sunday morning you can spare.
Wine at the Market
Locally made muscadine wine will be available at every market with rotating selections from local and regional producers.
