The Partnership
Series
Two or three times a year, we open our grounds to someone building something worth gathering for.
Why we do this
A few times a year, we love opening our grounds to outside communities whose people and purpose feel like a natural extension of ours. Not to fill the calendar. Because the right introduction, through someone an audience already trusts, is something we can't replicate on our own. When it's the right fit, it really works for everyone in the room.
What makes a good fit
The people we partner with have usually already built something. A real community. A loyal following. A history of experiences people show up for and talk about afterward. They know their audience, they know how to host, and they come with a clear vision for what they want to create.
In terms of the kind of work that overlaps with ours, think wellness, food and wine culture, women's community, outdoor living, Southern lifestyle, creative arts. The kind of gatherings people talk about on the drive home. If your people and our people would genuinely enjoy being in the same space, that's usually the clearest sign.
How it works
You bring the concept, the community, the tickets, and the programming. We bring the land, the setting, our wine, and a host who makes sure everything feels perfect from the moment your guests arrive.
Partnership dates are available Monday through Thursday and select Fridays, based on our calendar. Requests should come in at least 2 to 3 months or more before your ideal date.
The investment
This program offers partners a substantially discounted venue fee of $500 for three hours of venue time. That covers our staff to prepare the space, remain on-site during your event, and handle post-event cleanup. Additional hours can be arranged in advance at $150 per hour.
The partnership fee is a 75% discount from our venue rates and is structured to cover our base staff costs. We share that openly because the partnerships that work best are the ones where both sides show up equally invested. We are. We hope you will be too.
In addition to the partnership fee, you'll choose one of 3 partnership options at signing. Options A and B include wine service through our vineyard.
By the glass or flight
Guests purchase wine directly from us during your event. $8 per glass or a curated three-pour flight for $20. You let your people know it's available, we handle everything else. No additional cost to you.
Built into your ticket
Want wine included as part of the experience? We invoice a beverage fee of $20 per confirmed guest, due 48 hours before your event along with your final headcount. You build that into your ticket price and we take care of the rest.
Alcohol-free + revenue share
For events where alcohol isn't part of the programming, we offer a fully alcohol-free option: no wine, beer, champagne, or cocktails of any kind, complimentary or otherwise. In place of beverage revenue, Norwood Vineyard receives 20% of gross ticket sales. Tickets must be sold through a verifiable platform such as Eventbrite, and sales must close no less than 72 hours before the event. Your final headcount and revenue share payment are due 48 hours before the event start.
For Options A and B, all beverage service comes through Norwood. No outside wine, beer, spirits, or cocktails on-site under any circumstances.
What we ask in return
Tag us before, during, and after. Share the photos. Let your community know where they spent their afternoon.
- @norwoodvineyard tagged in your event promotion and all post-event content
- At least ten photos from the day that we can use on our own platforms
- One story or reel featuring the property, shared within a week of the event
When the fit feels right, we genuinely enjoy introducing our partners to our own audience and we will. We just do that in our own time and in our own voice.
A few things worth knowing
Weekends are reserved for our private clients and our own programming, so partnership dates are weekdays and select Fridays only. Our events, including Legacy Wine Tastings, Farm Girl Market, Sunday's Table, and An Honest Wedding, are always protected and partnerships won't overlap with those.
Events need to be ticketed and curated with a genuine community behind them. Brand activations, open public events, and product launches aren't a fit for this program.
Outside alcohol isn't permitted on the property under any circumstances.
Interested in
partnering with us?
No formal application here. Just send us a short note to hello@norwoodvineyard.com and include who you are, what you're building, and what you have in mind along with relevant links to your website or social media. We read everything that comes in and follow up with the ones that feel like the right match for the season.
We only take two or three of these a year. If the timing feels right, don't wait.
