The vendors
we call ours
have earned it.
Our preferred vendor list isn't a directory. It's a living collection of people we have personally experienced, genuinely trust, and are proud to put our name behind — from catering and bar to florals, decor, photography, entertainment, and beyond.
We are a family-run outdoor vineyard venue just south of Atlanta — and every vendor on this list has been through our doors, worked alongside our team, or had their work witnessed firsthand by someone here at the vineyard. That's how we know them. That's why we trust them.
When we recommend someone,
we mean it.
Our clients trust us with some of the most meaningful moments of their lives — weddings, baby showers, milestone birthdays, graduations, networking events, celebrations of every kind. Most of our events host up to 75 guests, with occasional larger gatherings for very special occasions. Every single one deserves vendors who show up with their whole heart.
Our preferred vendor list spans everything from catering and bartending to floral design, decor, photography, videography, entertainment, and experiences of all kinds. If it can make a moment more beautiful or more memorable out here on the vineyard, we want to know the best people doing it.
We have a soft spot for independent, community-rooted businesses — the ones with real people behind them, real stories, and a genuine investment in the communities they serve. We particularly love working with businesses in the Clayton County and greater Atlanta Metro area. Whatever your background, what we care most about is that you share our values: warmth, excellence, transparency, and a real love for what you do.
We do ask that vendors have been in business for at least two years and have visible reviews — on Google or another platform — where clients have spoken to their experience. When we refer someone, our clients will go look. We want them to find something worth finding.
What we're
looking for
Being a preferred vendor here at the vineyard means our clients can count on a certain kind of experience — from the first inquiry all the way through to the follow-up. These are the things that matter to us, because they're the things that matter to our clients.
A seamless booking experience
Clear communication from inquiry to contract. Clients should always know what they're getting, what it costs, and what comes next. We love vendors who make the process feel easy and give people the confidence to say yes.
Transparent, honest pricing
We work with vendors at a range of price points — and we respect vendors who know their worth. What we ask is that pricing is clear upfront. No surprise fees. No shifts after the agreement. Just honest numbers for honest work.
Warm, consistent communication
Timely, clear, and genuinely warm — with our clients and with our team. Not just when things are going smoothly. We especially appreciate vendors who communicate well when something unexpected comes up.
A love for the outdoor setting
The vineyard is a beautiful, living outdoor space — and we want vendors who are energized by that, not intimidated. The best fits we've ever had are people who saw the open sky and said yes, absolutely, let's do this.
Day-of excellence and hospitality
Timeliness, presence, and the kind of professionalism that still feels human. When something doesn't go as planned — and sometimes it doesn't — a great vendor handles it gracefully, without pulling clients or our team into the friction.
Respect for the space and the process
Setup windows, breakdown times, venue policies — these exist to protect the experience for everyone. Vendors who honor the space make it better for every client who comes after them. We notice, and we appreciate it.
The pathways in
There's no fee and no shortcut — but there are several genuine ways in. Every vendor on our list got here through one of these doors, and all of them lead to the same place: us experiencing your work firsthand.
Client Recommendation
Client-referred · Client-confirmedOur clients have the freedom to bring their own vendor team to the vineyard — and sometimes, someone on that team is just exceptional. We follow up with every client after their event to hear how things went, including how their vendors performed. When a client genuinely raves about someone they brought in, and we were there to see it, that carries real weight. We'll reach out directly.
Vineyard-Hosted Event
Sourced · Paid · Directly experiencedWe produce our own events throughout the season — Legacy Wine Tastings, Sunday's Table, Jazz in the Grass, our Farm Girl Market, and more. When we source and hire vendors for these experiences, we work alongside them, watch them serve our guests, and get a full picture of who they are. That's as firsthand as it gets, and it's a strong foundation for everything that comes next.
Vendor Collaboration
Mutually beneficial · Unpaid · Exposure-basedFor select hosted events, we open a limited number of vendor collaboration slots. No fees on either side — just a mutual exchange of exposure and experience. Our attendees get to discover your work; we get to see how you operate in a real, live setting. It's one of the most natural ways into our preferred program. That said, a collaboration is an opportunity, not a guarantee. We're looking for a genuine fit, and we hope you are too.
Field Discovery
Proactive scouting · In-person experienceOur team attends markets, pop-ups, tastings, and industry events throughout the year — and we go with intention. We are always looking for great vendors before they find us. If we experience your work in your own environment and love what we see, we'll find you. This can happen because you reached out and invited us, or simply because we showed up somewhere you were doing your thing beautifully.
Trusted Peer Referral
Referred by a current preferred vendorThe people already on our list know our standards — because they hold them. When someone we trust refers a vendor they've worked alongside and genuinely vouches for, we listen. A peer referral opens the door to the vetting process. It doesn't skip it. You'd still need to be experienced firsthand through one of our other pathways before joining the list — but it's a meaningful first step.
A few things worth
knowing upfront
We want to be genuinely helpful to anyone considering reaching out — so here's a clear picture of how this works and what to expect.
There is no cost to be on our list. Preferred vendor status here at the vineyard is earned through relationship and experience — not a check. That's not something we'd ever change.
We do read every inquiry — and we appreciate them. If you reach out, we'd love to hear which pathway interests you. Are you hosting something you'd like us to attend? Interested in a collaboration at one of our upcoming events? Have you already worked with one of our clients? Tell us where you're coming from and how you'd like us to experience your work. That's the conversation we want to have.
Being on our list means staying connected to the vineyard community — serving clients, delivering great experiences, and continuing to grow. We review things annually and want every name on this list to be one we'd give out today.
Staying on
the list
Preferred vendor status here at the vineyard is renewed through continued excellence, not just history together. We review our list annually and ask ourselves one honest question: would we give this vendor's name to a client today? These are the things that keep the answer yes.
Active service
Preferred vendors should have served at least one vineyard client within the calendar year. Presence on the list means active presence in our world.
Client satisfaction
We check in with every client after their event. Continued listing means consistently strong feedback — clients who felt well taken care of, start to finish.
No unresolved issues
We take care of our clients — and we expect the same from our vendors. If something came up and wasn't resolved, that matters. We're always willing to work through things together, and we ask the same in return.
Continued alignment
We're a growing, evolving venue — and the vendors who stay with us grow too. What keeps the relationship strong is simple: showing up, caring about the work, and taking care of people.
Think we might be
a fit?
We'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about who you are, what you do, and which pathway feels right. Are you hosting something you'd like us to attend? Interested in a collaboration? Already worked with one of our clients? That's the kind of note we love — and we read every single one.
