The Classic

Eight 72" round tables seat 75 guests in a clean, symmetrical arrangement. The sweetheart table anchors the back wall as the room's natural focal point, centered between the tent's flower beds and garden backdrop. A generous dance floor occupies the prime center-right zone with the bar and DJ at the scenic garden end — drawing guests toward the view as the evening builds.

✦ Planner's Note: The two-zone table arrangement — four tables on the catering side, four on the garden side — frames the dance floor as the natural center of the room. Every table has a direct view of the floor and of the sweetheart table on the back wall. Guests move freely between the buffet on the left, the dance floor in the center, and the bar on the right without crossing paths. The DJ and bar both anchoring the scenic garden end means energy builds naturally toward the most beautiful corner of the venue as the evening progresses.

Layout Notes

  • Sweetheart on the back wall: Centered and elevated visually by the tent's back-wall flower beds — the couple has the best seat in the house with a clear view of every table and the dance floor
  • Symmetrical 4+4 table arrangement: Four tables left, four tables right creates perfect visual balance — clean, classic, and easy to read the moment guests walk in
  • 18 × 16 ft dance floor: One of the largest dance floors achievable in this tent — positioned center-stage between both table zones so every guest has an equal view of the floor
  • DJ and bar at the garden end: Both anchor the scenic right side — guests flow naturally toward the view as the evening builds, keeping energy away from the buffet zone
  • Buffet on the catering end wall: Shortest path from the gazebo kitchen. Completely separated from the bar and dance zone — buffet and bar traffic never intersect
  • 72" rounds at 10/table: Eight tables seat 80 — comfortable buffer above the 75-guest minimum, leaving room for a few unexpected additions or vendor meals
  • Minimal aesthetic: No mixed table shapes, no decorative complexity. The round tables, open dance floor, and centered sweetheart table create a room that reads as clean and intentional from every angle
