Vendor application · Christmas in the Vineyard
Bring your best gifts to the vineyard
We’re gathering 20+ makers, bakers, crafters, and small business creators for a nostalgic holiday market at Norwood Vineyard. If you make something people love to give, we’d love to have you.
Why vend with us
A market shoppers show up for
Christmas in the Vineyard builds on Farm Girl Market, where many of our vendors sold out. While we can’t guarantee traffic or sales, here’s what our markets have drawn so far.
Who shops our markets
Thoughtful shoppers with a gift list
Our guests value small-batch, handmade, local brands with a story, and they love hearing how something was made.
What sells best
- At Farm Girl Market, most vendor products sold between $8 and $25.
- For the holidays, bring a range: easy stocking stuffers under $25, plus a few giftable showpieces for the shopper buying for someone special.
- Ready-to-give items sell fastest: gift sets, bundles, and anything that’s easy to wrap at our Wrap Bar.
- Bring more inventory than you think you need. Several of our vendors sold out last market.

Vendor guidelines
Before you apply
What can I sell?
All products must be made, grown, or produced by you. No mass-produced or store-bought products, firearms, alcohol, drugs, or THC products. Norwood Vineyard handles all wine service at the market.
Food vendors
Vendors selling prepared or packaged foods must provide a copy of their current Georgia Department of Agriculture Food Sales Establishment License. The Cottage Food License is not accepted.
Sales tax
Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying any sales tax that applies to their products.
Weather and cold
The market is outdoors on the vineyard lawn in December. Dress warmly, weigh down your tent, and plan for a chilly afternoon. If severe weather forces a change, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Booth setup
Bring a 10x10 tent and table, or rent a Norwood 6x6 tent and table. Holiday styling is encouraged. Lights, greenery, and festive displays make your booth part of the experience.
